Abstract:

Alopecia Areata (AA) is a chronic, autoimmune, non-scarring hair loss disorder with significant psychological impact and high relapse rates. Modern treatments like corticosteroids and immunosuppressants offer temporary relief and are associated with potential side effects. Homeopathy provides an individualized, safe, and holistic alternative. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the homeopathic remedy Fluoric Acid in managing

Study design: AA across multiple centers of Dr. Batra’s Positive Health Clinics in India. 30 diagnosed patients were treated exclusively with Fluoric Acid and monitored for a total of 6 years (including 3 years of post-treatment follow-up).

Results: Demonstrated substantial hair regrowth in the majority of patients, with a notably lower relapse rate compared to conventional treatments.

Conclusion: This study underscores the efficacy of Fluoric Acid in treating AA and highlights its potential for long-term management.
