According to the Global Burden of Disease Study, headache disorders are the third leading cause of years lived with disability worldwide. Headache is among the most common neurological complaints globally, impacting individuals across all age groups, especially women in their reproductive years. While tension-type headaches and migraines are most prevalent, various environmental, hormonal, lifestyle, and psychological factors contribute to the chronicity and recurrence of symptoms. This paper presents a detailed case of a young female suffering from chronic headaches at Dr Batra’s, the paper discusses the symptom evolution, diagnostic workup, homeopathic management, lifestyle modifications, and therapeutic outcomes. It highlights the efficacy of homeopathic intervention in reducing both intensity and frequency of headaches without reliance on long-term pharmacological therapies.
