Result: In this study, the Mean value of the platelet count in diabetic group was higher in comparison to the Non-Diabetic group. The Mean ± SD value of the MPV was 11.57±1.24 fl in Diabetic group which was increased in comparison to the Non-Diabetic group 10.85±0.33 fl.Conclusion: This study showed that the Mean FBS, HbA1C, Platelet count, MPV were found to be significantly higher among Diabetic patients as compared to the Non-Diabetic group.
