Abstract:

A Scrotal calcinosis (SC) is a rare, benign entity defined as the presence of multiple calcified nodules within the scrotal skin. In most cases, there are no associated symptoms.
We report the case of 19-year-young man with a with presentation including intradermal nodules varying in size and number. Differentials include calcification of epidermal or pilar cysts noted by the presence of keratinaceous debris. Treatment was surgical with complete excision of the affected part of the scrotum wall. Histopathologically shows features are suggestive of scrotal calcinosis cutis.
